HOW TO ORDER
- Choose Mug Color.

Enter # of pets to be placed on the mug, pet names or custom text, and font number in "Your Options"box. Examples:
- Ex1: Pets:2, Names: Rex, Ginger, Font #: 3
- Ex2: Pets:1, Text: Rex's Dad, Font #: 2
- Submit your photos on the order, or email them with your Order # at: TheCatOnTVMugShopPOD@gmail.com.
- You will receive a proof image of the design usually within 24hs of ordering
- Approve your proof or request changes. Once approved, the product will be made and sent.
NOTE: If proofs are not approved within 48 hours of being sent, we will consider them accepted, and the product will proceed with that design for production and delivery. Please ensure to check your emails regularly!
PHOTO GUIDELINES
- Provide a photo taken in daylight or in a well lit room
- Close-up photos at eye level of the pet, sitting, and with visible chest are the best
- Avoid cluttered backgrounds, soft backgrounds work best
- Pet accessories like collars will be included in the final design
- We recommend to send indiviual photos if the design includes more than 1 pet
- Try to provide the best High-Resolution JPEG/PNG files possible (in focus, no filters, etc.)
